How to Apply

To Submit An Application Follow These Easy Steps

Attend an Open House or call the school to arrange a meeting with the Principal. 


Submit the Admissions Application

For students entering K5-8th grade. The testing fee is $50

  • a. Copy of applicant’s most recent report card
  • b. Transcript or report card with grades from the previous year
  • c. Copies of standardized testing scores for the last two years (except for 2020)
  • d. Enrollment questionnaires for grades 6-8 (these will be given at the time of
  • testing)
  • e. Any Evaluations (IEP, etc.)

Students will need to be present at this interview.

The student is officially enrolled when the below items are uploaded and the tuition deposit is remitted. (Please note that this deposit is non-refundable)


  • a. The student’s original birth certificate (not a registration card)
  • b. A valid certificate of immunizations (DH 680—blue form)
  • c. A physical examination form (DH 3040—yellow form)
  • d. A copy of the student’s and the parent’s social security card
  • e. Electronically sign the “Statement of Cooperation”

FAST: Important Application Information

King's Christian School awards financial assistance to students whose family circumstances put private school tuition out of reach.

Needs-based financial assistance is available to students and is assessed by a third-party organization called 
FAST Aid. FAST Aid will advise KCS on whether you qualify for financial assistance and recommend a level of support that will make it possible for you to afford KCS tuition.


Before applying, please note the following important information:


1.Do not submit your application until you have received an acceptance of enrolment notification

2.The application fee of $53 must be paid directly to FAST upon acceptance.

  • When does registration begin?

    Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is now open.

  • What fees do I need to pay to register my student?

    There is a tuition deposit that is used to hold your child's spot that is due when completing your contract. The tuition deposit for K2-K4 is $300. The tuition deposit for K5-9th grade is $400.

  • Where can I submit my application?

    You may submit your application on our school website at www.kcsmiami.com.

  • Do I need to submit additional information when I submit the application?

    You will be asked to upload copies of your child's birth certificate, social security number, transcript, current report card, immunization forms, and copy of your driver's license.

  • Does my child have to take a test to be accepted?

    Students entering into K5-9th grade will need to take an entrance exam. You may call our school office to request an appointment at 305-221-2008.

  • When do I start paying fees?

    Tuition is divided into 12 monthly payments; the first payment is due June 1st and the final payment is due May 1st.
