Sports & Extracurriculars

At King’s Christian School we offer a wide range of extracurricular sports and activities to enhance the student experience throughout the school year. These programs provide opportunities for students to develop teamwork, leadership, and discipline while enriching their overall education. School registration is now open—sign up today to ensure your child benefits from both academic excellence and a well-rounded extracurricular experience in a supportive, Christ-centered environment.

Speech & Drama

KCS is committed to training our young people to speak out with clarity and distinction. In our Speech and Drama programs the dramatic and rhetorical talents of our students are finely tuned through a variety of materials and exercises.

Music Program

In addition to the theory and appreciation of Music covered in the KCS classrooms, our students have countless opportunities to learn to play a wide range of instruments and showcase their vocal talents. The music programs include a variety of public performance opportunities both on and off our campus.

Partnership with
Southwest Community Church

As King’s Christian School is one of the major ministries of Southwest Community Church, we partner closely with our parent organization to ensure that our students have ample opportunity beyond the classroom to expand their understanding and experience of our Lord through fun sports and activities. We encourage our students and parents to take part in the full gamut of ministry opportunities available.

Ministries Provided by SWCC Include:

  • Awana (K3-6th Grade) – Wednesday Nights
  • Junior Church (K-8th Grade) – Sunday Morning
  • Sunday School (K – Adult) – Sunday Morning
  • Transformed Youth Ministries (Junior and Senior High) – Wednesday Nights

These ministries, alongside the strong academic and spiritual foundation provided at KCS, enrich the student experience. School registration is now open—enroll your child today to ensure they benefit from both academic excellence and spiritual growth through these valuable opportunities.

Learn More

At King’s Christian School, we believe that extracurricular activities are essential for a well-rounded education. Our students have the opportunity to participate in various extracurricular activities, including school sports such as soccer, basketball, and track, which promote teamwork and physical fitness. With school registration now open, parents are encouraged to enroll their children to ensure they can take advantage of these enriching experiences that enhance both academic and personal growth.

Partnership with Parents

Although our school is small in size, it is very big in heart because our strength and wisdom come from God Himself. Parents are requested to work in harmony with the staff to:

“Train up a child in the way he should go and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” (Proverbs 22:6)

With God’s help we will train our children to become effective children of the King … responsible, loving, and unashamed.

Our prayer is that each child will become His child by simple faith in Jesus Christ as the One who offered Himself for our sins. “He came to that which was His own, but His own did not receive Him. Yet to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God” (John 1:11,12). No one has ever loved so unselfishly as God: “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).

Join us as we train up our children and lead them to the life that is truly life.
